Mailroom is an AI you text. It stops the last tenant's mail and the junk at the source, then handles what your own mail asks of you: what to open, what to pay, what to claim, what to toss.
Fewer than 1 in 5 pieces needed them. Mailroom stops the other 4, and makes sure the 1 that matters gets handled.
Why people start
Tossing it doesn't stop it. Mailroom finds out why each piece keeps coming, then shuts it off through the channels that actually work.
The official "moved, left no address" request for every former resident, certified and tracked. No printer, no trip to the post office. Plus a note for your carrier, mailed to your door.
Finds the company filing or shipping record still using your address, and shows exactly how to fix it.
Preps the official opt-out that stops prescreened offers. You finish it in two minutes.
Opt-outs to the companies and list brokers behind them, tracked until the mail stops.
Weekly numbers from your own scans, so you can see each fix working.
Why people stay
Not just reading. Mailroom opens the website, fills in the form, pays the bill, files the claim and saves the deal. You just say yes.
Know what's coming before you go down to the mailbox. Important mail flagged, quiet days quiet.
"Final notice" letters dressed up as the IRS, the DMV or your bank get flagged before you call a number on one.
Utility bills, registrations, parking tickets, renewals. It opens the site, fills it in and pays only after your yes.
Jury duty, address updates, change-of-plan notices. It does the online part and shows you before it submits.
Class-action settlements, rebates, unclaimed property. It checks they're real, then files the claim.
Offers that come with your mail get saved and brought back when you need them: "20% off there, good through Sunday."
"Did my W-2 come?" "Who keeps sending this?" Your whole mail history, one text away.
Magazine renewals, memberships, the gym that keeps writing. It handles the cancellation for you.
How it works
Mailroom runs on USPS Informed Delivery, the free service that emails you a scan of each envelope headed your way.
No app and no account. Tap the button and say hi.
One tap, read-only, and only USPS emails. No Informed Delivery yet? It walks you through the five-minute sign-up.
It reads your whole history, cleans up what isn't yours, then handles what comes next, with your yes on anything that goes out.

FAQ
A free USPS service that emails you a scan of the front of each letter-size piece headed to your address. Mailroom reads those emails. If you don't have it yet, Mailroom walks you through signing up, which usually takes about five minutes online.
No. It only sees the envelope fronts USPS already emails you, so it never knows what's inside unless you tell it. It connects read-only and only looks at USPS Informed Delivery messages.
That's rolling out during early access. Mailroom opens the right website, fills everything in, and shows you exactly what it will submit or pay. Nothing goes through without your yes, and the AI never sees your passwords or card numbers.
For mail addressed to them by name, usually most of it. Mailroom works through your post office, your carrier and the senders, then shows you the counts from your own scans. Some mail can't be stopped by anyone, like "Current Resident" ads and political mail, and Mailroom tells you that up front.
No. Most mail isn't worth your attention, so Mailroom stays quiet unless something matters. You can always just ask it.
