Early access

Mailroom is in early access. Features may change, and things may occasionally break. It's free during early access; if a feature costs money later, you'll see the price before you pay anything.

Who can use Mailroom

You must be 18 or older and live at the US address you use with Mailroom. Connect only an email account that's yours.

What Mailroom does for you

What we can't promise

Mailroom isn't part of the United States Postal Service and can't control what USPS, carriers or senders do. Many fixes take weeks to show up, and some mail, like "Current Resident" advertising and political mail, can't be stopped by anyone. Mailroom tells you what's realistic and shows you the results from your own scans, but we don't guarantee that any particular mail will stop.

Messages

By texting Mailroom you agree to receive messages from it about your mail. It texts on its own only when something deserves your attention. Text pause to stop those, or STOP to stop all messages. Your carrier's message and data rates may apply.

Using Mailroom fairly

Don't use Mailroom to harass anyone, to interfere with someone else's mail, or to send anything false or unlawful.

Your data

Our Privacy page explains what we collect and how we use it. You can delete your data anytime by texting "delete my data."

Ending things

You can stop using Mailroom anytime. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

The fine print

Mailroom is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to Mailroom is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
